CHARACTER NAME: Grayson "Gray" Nakoa
CHARACTER AGE: 35
SPECIES: Werewolf
BACKGROUND & HISTORY: Gray is a wandererer-type and has been since he was first bitten by another werewolf. His family was attacked by a viscious breed of pure wolves when he was just 20 and he was the only survivor, though left alive by mistake. Since then, he's had to come to terms with being the very thing he hates most and aside from his forced transformations on the full moon, Gray tries to make as little use of his abiltiies as possible. He's been searching for a place he can really settle, though he never anticipates he will whenever he finds a new town. What attracts him to Siren Cove is hearing about how different species seem to co-habitate in a peaceful manner, and he figures it's good a place as any to stay under the radar when there are plenty of things to distract from the fact that he's a werewolf.
PERSONALITY: A genuinely good man who looks more dangerous than he feels. Gray is ashamed of what he is because of what happened to his family but over the past fifteen years, he's slowly learned to at least try to accept himself. Before arriving to Siren Cove, he tried to join a couple different packs, but it never felt quite right. He plans to do his best to keep his head down and his identity as a werewolf a secret, particularly because he assumes Siren Cove will be just another place that doesn't work out for him.
Until then, anyone who encounters them will find that he's a person with good spirits who is happy to help with whatever he can, though he's not very forthcoming about his personal life. He prefers to keep a certain arm's length when it comes to his relationships with people, which has left him often feeling isolated and lonely. Even so, he's pretty easy to get along with and the only thing that might be quick to trigger his anger is if talk of werewolves starts moving in a direction that hits too close to home.
OPINION OF THE RIVALRY: Doesn't know a lick about it and doesn't care.
LIFESTYLE: He's not a man of luxury. He likes to keep to the simple things because there's no telling when he might up and leave again. While he's not necessarily a fan of getting in too deep with someone, Gray also isn't opposed to falling into bed with any gender, any species. In Siren Cove, he'll be staying at the cheapest apartment he can find, and he'll keep it bare bones until he starts to feel a little more like maybe this is a place he can really feel like he belongs.
